BE SOCIAL FOR SECURITY

Here is an idea to grow on for the social security system for tomorrow... Make the social security accounts accessible to the public. Make them like a ROTH IRA.You no longer contribute via your paycheck. You invest as though it were any other account. Many of the same rules as a retirement fund mutual fund, and or IRA. You invest in this account with the base/core sum you presently have assigned to you. Hell make t like a 401K. For X amount of investment, the government contributes X amount from taxes not issued to the debt. This of course is simply a mission statement, not legislation so calm down everyone please. Now never did I claim to be a CPA or accountant but if you were to begin to downsize lobby-ism, and the electoral college, there could actually be enough money to make this happen. This is the kind of enthusiastic realism that solutions are found in. Why not begin to think in terms of making this country grow, instead of holding on to the past way of life with white knuckles. We are n a new century, why not act like it? Do we really need an electoral college? I see it as a crutch, clogging the system with obsolescence. Take a bite of the new fruit. Let us stop worrying about how to hold on, and lets move forward!!! The ideas in this blog are overly simplistic admittedly, but really, these are seeds given for free for planting! short but sweet.
