police on my back

So they are at it again. NYC police can't seem to pull their heads out of their asses. The latest situation is a person on a bike was going through times square, during a peaceful protest. A cop walked calmly across the street, and shoved the biker onto the ground, hovered over him then arrested him.

His reason? He was about to be hit. Also, the guy was weaving and became a potential danger.

The problem? It's all on tape.

Cops here in the city are clearly too stupid to follow the law, and keep forgetting we live in the media age. EVERYTHING is on tape and ends up on youtube. The tape shows the biker riding calmly, and there is not enough time for him to insult or endanger the cop in any way.

The real problem? There are idiots out there actually defending this moron cop's actions!!!
The biker is under arrest for several misdemeanors, and the cop is riding a desk. Do they know about the constitution I wonder? Do they care? Have they read the side of their cars where it says COURTESY, PROFESSIONALISM, RESPECT???

too many bad cops on power trips.
